How do you make yourself get out of bed?

Business, numbers, money, people.
An issue I will often encounter while trying to start my day is me wanting to stay in my bed and falling back asleep. I had my alarm set for 7 AM today, and ended up getting out of bed at ~9:30 AM because I'm lazy as fuck.
I've tried a few things so far: putting my phone on my dresser so that I have to walk to shut off the alarm, doing jumping jacks to trick my brain, even allowing myself to forgo an immediate shower. None of them have worked consistently except for the last one, but not showering until 1 PM isn't very fun.
It's probably a motivation thing because I don't have much to do (am currently a NEET).

I just use an alarm and then I get up when it rings. Otherwise, since my alarm wasn't going to work for this morning, for example, I just opened my window enough to where the light would strike me in the morning. Quite more peaceful of an awakening, actually (in comparison to DADADADA, DADAda, DAdada, dadada), just hearing the stillness of the room and the ruffling of the covers as I looked outside, where the light was coming from.

making it like breaking out a cocoon or an ice prison

There's nothing to do in my bed so I will get up so I can do things.
