You might say that about jewish beliefs, but the truth is, jews have always known to live in peace among the gentiles, as they did for most of their history since they didn't have a state for themselves

Religious texts say lots of things.
The ones to take everything said at face value are orthodox believers, which are incresingly scarce across all religions

Even then classifying all jews as being rabbinic jews is a bit much.
While a small minority, Karaite jews still hold that the only authority is the TaNaKh, a bit like protestants see the bible, and even among rabbinic jews, only orthodox jews would hold that the authority of the oral law is supreme.
Conservative jews wouldn't hold the talmud as being infaillible I think, and reform jews don't believe in anything so there's that
