Fuck mitigating autism. Unironically, focus on using it to your advantage. Steer the boat with the current, not against it unless you're forced to. As in, try to participate as little in Neurotypical society as possible. Neurotypicals are literally hardwired to find our voices, faces, and mannerisms instinctively aversive.
That's not an excuse to sulk and think "wahhhh im subhuman"; think, how do I maximize my differences? Do you have any special interests? You can pick up any writing software right now and build something up with words, whether is be informative, imaginative, or something else.
That's just 1 thing, I asked >ChatGPT about it and it recommended me these books although I haven't read any yet so idk if they're dogshit.
