I'm not a parent, but i feel like the real parental love would be doing everything to help your child succeed rather than killing 70 of your own kids to put one on easy mode.
Eugenics can definitely be out of love (I imagine) in some cases, but that many re-rolls seems like complete apathy towards their unborn children more than anything else.
If it was just about making sure they aren't utterly disabled, it wouldn't have taken 70 tries.
Moreover, if you really believe in Eugenics you'd stop trying to spread the genes that somehow lead to 70 "failed" offspring in a row. The one that makes it is still going to have that **** DNA (assuming the 70 dead ******* babies were actually defective and not just "not perfect")
