VOTE! High Fantasy or Sword & Sorcery ?

Which is your favourite genre ? And why ?
Technically speaking High Fantasy birthed from Sword & Sorcery, but the two genres are massively different, both in their format and also in their atmosphere, message and focus of the story.
I think both have their place, but if I ever had to write a novel, I think I'd try to write it in the style of Sword & Sorcery merely for the fact that it lends itself better to character development and therefore moral teachings.

Meh there's like 4 franchises total that do this kind of stuff, if you're taking into account star wars and star trekk which count as High Fantasy to a degree
