Hi doctor,
I am an 19-years-old male. I was pleasuring myself, and while I was pleasuring myself, I pushed my penis down, and when I did that, I heard a loud cracking sound and an immediate loss of erection. I have very little to no pain and no swelling. The crack happened at the base of my penis, and now I find it harder to get an erection. I am nervous about going to the hospital as I do not want others to find it out. Kindly help.

Geg similar thing happened to me when I was 20, but there was no cr-ACK-ing, but I didn't have normal erection for 6 months. I went to 2 urologists doe and they said it was nothingburger.

Tbh I had erection, but it was something like half erection. Maybe I never recovered fully, but stopped caring. Doctos said it was something about shortening frenulum.
