What about ILoveVesna? Doll banned him because, if I remember correctly, somebody on telegram told him he posted bmt on the sharty, however there was no hard evidence, just word of mouth.

I'll have to investigate more and consult with the mods who were here at the time when he was banned.

For the record, I'm still going to scrape together the money to buy the Schlog any way I can, even if I don't get nearly that much in donations. I'm very determined to own the site, if you haven't gathered. Nobody else is actually going to pay that for the site, but I will. I will own this site one way or another.

These will be my rules:

1. You WILL NOT post, link to, or request illegal content.

2. You WILL NOT advocate for, promote, or post pedophilia or pedophilic content. This includes being associated with pedophilic groups such as the foodists and the Order of Nine Angles.

3. You WILL NOT flood the site with spam.

4. You WILL NOT attempt to attack the site through DDoSing, hacking, trying to get our server to drop us, or anything similar.

5. All NSFW images and videos must be spoilered.

And... that's about it. Other than that, go wild.

I will completely abolish the account approval system and run this like a regular forum where anyone can make an account immediately. I will also bring back guest posting. However, any links or media posted by guests or new users will have to be manually approved.

The Hole will still exist, but only as a punishment for users who break the rules (but not egregiously enough to warrant a permaban from the site).

If any of you have any suggestions, I would be more than happy to hear them.

For legal reasons, NSFW will be banned on all boards except for a few designated 18+-only boards like /nate/ - Coal Mine, which - just like on the Sharty - will serve as a containment board for gooner shit. Users under 18 will not have access to these boards.

Since the rest of the site will be SFW, I don't think it will be necessary to have any age restrictions on the rest of the site. I will be very vigilant in protecting underage users from potential groomers, and will employ staff who can help me with this.

Since people keep asking me "will you unban X?", I'll instead state who I won't be unbanning. I won't be unbanning users who pose an existential threat to the site, like:

1. Genuine, verified pedophiles, foodists, O9A associates, etc.

2. People who tried to datamine other users, get the site shut down, DDoS the site, hack accounts on the site, etc. - or people who are members of groups that try to attack the site in this way.

3. People who engage in illegal behavior.

If they don't qualify as any of these, then I'm going to unban them. If I'm not sure, then I'll consult with @DOLL, @Mustard, @quote, and @baqqrih first.
