Germxny couldn't keep many divisions on my border since there was a looming thread of black soviet bvll invasion. I had tanks ready to encircle Belgium and I had actually good infantry with forts. Italy was idle or something since there were no troops on any of my borders with xer. Stephen had like 2 factories on tanks the whole game, there was no cause for concern.
