i was playing neutral democratic netherlands in multiplayer like i usually do and decided to build up a little cheeky navy, i got 77 ships, 30 being submarines, and this turkey player insulted me after i capitulated, and then i ABSOLUTELY OWNED HIM after killing all of his convoys and KILLING 4 of his destroyers

i only really play this game for the navy i have no idea how tanks and planes work
