Don't be selfish little fucks and give us the full blogpost about them.
It was my first flight without my instructor, I was newer then than I am now. I didn't know, not that it is an excuse, that when people aren't flying that there is a reason. The wind was too strong, I almost got pulled back over the coastal ridge into rotor, when wind passes over a sharp object it makes swirls which can collapse the fabric wing. Past that ridge there was dense residential housing and lots of electrical poles, not a good place to land esp when I wasn't very good at flying yet. I managed to get my way down to the ground by doing some tight turns and taking a few collapses on my wing close to the ground. I crashed into a bush thankfully, but it could have been a whole lot worse.
Past that ridge that you can see are a whole bunch of houses. In the past there was a guy who flew into an electrical transformer and caused around $100k in damages lol (the paragliding association provides insurance as a part of the yearly dues).
From a beach landing I made where I landed almost on the jagged rocks like a retard.
Also landed in a tree once cause I was playing to see how close I could get to it. I managed to graze my foot on it, but a couple passes later I came in too low and crashed into it. It was soft and I wasn't going that fast relative to it.
