You're definitely getting a hang to it. Certainly some potential. Some tips I'd tell you are to try singing with the breath of your chest more than the breath of your neck (look into chest voice, head voice, falsetto, etc. if you're interested in more improvement of that nature), and keep a lot more open space in your mouth as you sing. Keep a tall tone to things, too, and try not to "chew" vowels, but round them.
