The Gothic series is good if you want something slow and immersive. The controls in Gothic 1 take some getting used to but with a few rebindings it can be a very comfortable, keyboard only experience.

Halo Master Chief Collection also has 4 great halo games and two shit ones for like $40, and it goes on sale all the time too.
Terraria is infinitely replayable + mods
Kerbal Space Program is one of the most satisfying games ever if you can figure out how to do missions properly.

bloons td 6, pretty chill unquestionable tower defense game with diverse progression and it gets updates every 2 months, fun to beat every single map on the hardest difficulties
(however they have a pride flag skin so its IMMEDIATLEY an utter and complete brimstone)
