Are you confusing Arians with the Orthodox?

Even if you were to describe when breaks occurred between East and West, that doesn't prove anything. The Roman Catholics separated from the original traditions which is why there was 'Eastern Christianity' to begin with.

The reason we don't have this problem is that there is no separation between faith and works in Orthodoxy.
