The entire frootcord team is known for posting child gore, animal gore, child porn and various other degenerate shit on their own website and others too.
That's not really a surprise when you realise their staff is almost only made up of subhumans.

i'm pretty sure 'p is impossible with the new approval system. i think once you approve the hash becomes whitelisted or something

Well, they've just introduced this "sharty pass" system that lets you bypass media approval. It's clearly something that will eventually be abused by 'p spammers. It could even be a sting operation that targets 'p spammers, but illegal shit would be getting posted without immediate penalty either way. Besides, I genuinely think nudev is too retarded to come up with something like that.
