Rule of thumb: the portions of food covering your plate
Carbs: Grains and also sugars, I think. About 25% of your plate should be carbs. Shit like bread, sugary shit, rice, oatmeal, cereal. I think potato starches also count for this (not exactly sure, please check yourself).
Protein: Also around 25% of your plate should be protein. Meats like beef, pork, chicken (THEY ARE NOT CARCINOGENIC TAKE YOUR MEDS). Tofu (if you're a soyboy), beans, nuts.
Greens: Around 50% of your plate. DO NOT EAT ONLY FRUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE SUGARY AND ARE NOT AS NUTRIENT-DENSE AS VEGTABLES. Kale, spinach, carrots, onions, lettuce, etc. Add dressings or blend them into liquid if they're hard to eat (add some sweetener and lemon to make it less bitter if you blend stuff btw).
Fats: Oily stuff. Butter, milk, cheese, peanut butter, olive oil, etc. Avoid unhealthy fats like the oils chips and fries and seed oils. Avoid eating too much fat btw because it's not good for your health.
