Do you think Buddha is in hell right now?

Like from the Christian perspective? There are a few things to take into account there. First being that Buddha lived before Jesus's time and obviously never even heard of the Old Testament faith of the Hebrews. St. John Damascene has some good writings about this:
Some say that [Christ delivered from hell] only the believers, such as fathers and prophets, judges and together with them kings, local rulers and some others from the Hebrew people, not numerous and known to all. But we shall reply to those who think so that there is nothing undeserved, nothing miraculous and nothing strange in that Christ should save the believers, for he remains only the fair Judge, and everyone who believes in him will not perish. So they all ought to have been saved and delivered from the bonds of hell by the descent of God and Master that same happened by his Disposition. Whereas those who were saved only through [God's] love of men were, as I think, all those who had the purest life and did all kinds of good works, living in modesty, temperance, and virtue, but the pure and divine faith they did not conceive because they were not instructed in it and remained altogether unlearnt. They were those whom the Steward and Master of all drew, captured in the divine nets and persuaded to believe in Him, illuminating them with the divine and showing them the true light.
This approach renders the descent of Christ into Hades exceptional in its soteriological implications. According to the Damascene, those who were not taught the true faith during their lifetime can come to believe when in hell. By their good works and ascetic life they prepared themselves for encountering Christ. These are the same people about whom St Paul says that, having no law, they "do by nature things contained in the law," for "the work of the law is written in their hearts." Those who live by the law of natural morality but do not share the true faith can hope, by virtue of their righteousness, that in a face-to-face encounter with God, they will recognize in him the One they "ignorantly worshipped."

TL;DR I don't truly know where Buddha is as that's something only God can know, but if he was truly as selfless as history portrays him, maybe he was given the opportunity to be saved.

I'm not well-educated of Gautama Buddha's life, but from the simple observation that he never had the opportunity to know of the prophecy of the Messiah or of the life of our Lord Jesus Christ, yet that he did live with goodness and charity in spite of whatever confusions he did have regarding faith, I believe, personally, that God will likely judge his soul positively, just from my personal inclination, but it isn't as if I can affirm in absoluteness God's thoughts, since it isn't in anyone's place to do that, since God is the ruler of us, after all. Paul writes in Romans that people who know not of God's law but who still do good by their own nature will be judged justly by God based on their character even if they never had a chance to hear of Jesus Christ or of anything regarding God. Ultimately, we as humans just can't know for sure, as it's all up to God, but if Gautama was that good a guy, perhaps he is with Christ. Maybe we'll shake hands with Buddha in Heavenly Jerusalem when it descends to the New Earth following the events of Revelation, if God does judge him in a positive manner. It's simply impossible to know for sure whether Buddha is burning below or brightened above. Pertaining to ourselves, all that is in our own power is the power of prayer, to pray the soul of Gautama Buddha has been guided to the light of The Lord, and hope another soul, his own, will be with ours in salvation.

In a puritan christian sense, he has traversed purgatory reaching heaven. Under sectionalism.
In a traditional christian sense, he was given the opportunity to ascend directly to heaven.
In an esoteric sense, Christ and Buddha are the same entity thus where's Jesus right now is where Buddha is, probably in Nirvana.
But no matter the perspective, Buddha, like Jesus, was a role model for humanity.
