i mean i eat loads of shit n i put on some weight pretty easily, but i could js go out for a walk n the extra weight would go away.

But honestly bro sometimes I be trying to eat a lot in one day and then come next day, I don't get hungry for the whole day. That happened to me today yesterday I ate a lot and today I only ate a plate of mushrooms and a pbj because I wasn't hungry at all. I got a slow ass digestive system or something
