I don't know how common it is but I have two. One is the "main" monologue, the other one has a completely different "voice" and isn't really in my control, like it always shows up first before I can fully react to something, telling me to do insane and outlandish things, and then the "main" monologue puts more thought into things and corrects it. They have full-fledged arguments with eachother.

This means you're a subhuman that needs to be corralled around at all times. You are such cattle that you can't even be the boss of your own thoughts. You have to make up a cop inside of your head to tell you what to do.
