id say im around 2 or 3 on the scale.

I don't know how common it is but I have two. One is the "main" monologue, the other one has a completely different "voice" and isn't really in my control, like it always shows up first before I can fully react to something, telling me to do insane and outlandish things, and then the "main" monologue puts more thought into things and corrects it. They have full-fledged arguments with eachother.

for visual stuff i'm like a 4 but for audio i'm above a . I can imagine sounds in my head in super high quality.
For audio Im like Z because I listen to music with earbuds on at max volume and want it louder each time.

Dam I thought I was the only one that had it. Also sometimes these arguments and fights get annoying, cant even stop them

Whiteness test khm khm something something
I can visualize any song or a picture even videos, really just is a matter of training do it for long enough and you will be able to too

Yeah of course.
I also have pretty good visualisation in my mind on-top of the internal monologue but only on things I’ve seen millions of times or if the thing itself isn’t too complex.
For example if I visualise an apple, my brain makes a photo-realistic apple spinning in place with water dripping off it.
For audio I can play entire songs in my head but only the lyrics or the instrumental, never both at once, I can occasionally get both to work at once but the final result sounds “muddy”.

The one thing I can do, that somehow works better then anything else, is visualise games and videos.
Whenever I’m bored sitting around, I can quite literally replay entire games in my head, now the “gameplay” itself is where shit gets weird.
Since I don’t memorise game physics characters are prone to moving very differently, same goes for individual levels, if I forget a certain part my brain either skips it or puts something in else in as filler, it’s hard to explain.

I can do this perfectly
