Yeah I actually don't know the reason why they 'magdump' at this level
I don't know the context of the first video but the context of the second video is that the area was pretty tightly surrounded by Sunni HTS militants and some Alawite minority tried shooting at them off the balcony of his apartment so he instantly got smoked by every single militiaman in the vicinity

As far as I know the first video is just Assad supporters protesting the new Gov't. They must have a lot of confidence in their arms smuggler to replenish all that wasted ammo.
