I can't upload large files that I was able to upload previously, what gives?

I decided to do some testing and I've discovered that the file limit is one fucking megabyte
sizelimit.png

If you ever wonder why you can't post any videos through the upload tool its because the size limit is just that small.
i miss when i used to be able to upload 100 mb videos to the schlog
 
@Broot atleast make it like 10 mb vro
some gifs i cant even link to or upload it is insane
