Jannies aren't the problem but the sharty's culture is and if the USERS themselves actually make gemmy OC, raids, etc, jannies just moderate and sometimes organize something neat but everything depends on the users. Maybe also the rules that could mean something, how rule-enforced a certain manager's time period managing the sharty is, etc, but it definetly isn't the jannies i can tell you that.

If you are complaining so much then if want then you can apply for janny or mediator on the sharty whenever the time arrives and try to help out, that will be appreciated.

Many of the members use both, if not all the soysphere sites regularly, yet the difference being the people who are jannies and who isn't.

I think the NSFW filter exists for this reason. The sharty has always had porn and other shit on it, 'cado has been around since /qa/. You can't simply get rid of that shit, man.
