Aperture made the best stuff maybe but they never pushed a product to market, they were too busy innovating and not making money so they shut down. Black Mesa existed until the Resonance Cascade and MannCo isn't canon to HalfLife.

Mann Co is obsessed with china tier crap products that cant kill anything and Aperture was too focused on heckin science to sell any of their teleportation tech. Black Mesa actually built things, distributed things, explored alien worlds, created stuff like the HEV suits, health dispenser, and presumably the strange shotguns and MP5s they use, which the HECU all have, not to mention stuff like their work robots and genetic experimentation.
