Most child companies probably do, but major companies almost certainly don’t. I try to divide my activity between apple, microsoft and google for that reason. Duckduckgo is microsoft since it’s based on bing.

I use google ocassionally if the results with DDG are shit. Either way, DDG got cucked and now sells user data. Firefox recently was speculated to sell data as well. We're fucked
