Probably wingless fruit flies? I've heard of people using pin head crickets, but they're difficult to culture. Either way, I plan to dose with repashy calcium. What frog do you own? Pics of the tank?

For reference, I have some experience culturing fruit flies from genetics labs in college. I don't find it too hard, even if they're disgusting vile creatures to interact with.

I don't know a whole lot about frog species besides my own, but one thing i didn't know until finishing setting up my tank was that you need a hydrometer, buy one of those.
