I'll shower once every three days, or when I feel like I'm dirty (too sweaty, greasy, smelly, etc.). Showering every day seems a bit unnecessary for me. I also never use lotion so my skin is crusty, and I use cheap 3-1 liquid soap from the dollar store.

If you work out or do yard work, I could see someone taking 3-4 showers a day, but 1-2 seems reasonable to me. I tend to take a shower when a wake up and a shower after working out.
