It might be because of a mod like last time. Maybe Soygoy got rid of the wrong one, that being the multiplayer boss fight stats, thinking it was the one causing the issue and the issue was sorted temporarily with the restart of the server.

So I'm not the only one who lagged out, yeah I can't tell why the server decided to shit the bed

The reason why the server shut down is due to a mod on the server which is broken causing the server to kill itself after a period of time.
There's no way to fix this right now apart from mandatory server restarts or getting rid of certain mods.
I'll attempt to schedule mandatory restarts every 12 hours or so.

I'll restart the server for now but this is something that requires more of a heavy fix, like an insight into what is actually causing the mod to fail and I've got things to do today so I'll just restart the server for now.

The server is death + master so warding accessories are pretty much needed for that extra survivability. I'm sure you know that defense works better on higher difficulties so its the obvious choice.

@Steve @condolana @GauntletThrown @Oot @Hagon etc Just made an autorestart script. if the server has any issues, it will now automatically restart, that is if the process kills itself due to a memory issue like it did last time. I'm gonna probably try and see if I can detect that line of words and then exit or somehow give you permission to restart it yourselves.

I tried to get in the server a few minutes ago but found the infinite "Found Server" error again. I will try get in this time to test if your script works and fixes the issue.

i was trying to find a thing that would let me get the output from the server and if the dreaded "haha fuck you server is hung" error then i would kill and erstart the process
i may have to just do that based on timing or something.

I think you do. I got an error saying the server was running on a previous version of the game.

alright its up, the server will restart eventually once it's run out of memory when it hangs, when that happens it will auto restart.
i can probably make a better solution to be honest, like something you could ping the server with to restart it, or maybe a server status thingy but idk.
could be as simple as just restarting it everyday when players are not online, temporarily stopping whatevers killing the server.
