Yesterday's entry since I forgot
I went to the gym and obliterated my shoulders (They still hurt a little bit, I'm gonna hit arms today at 11 later)
I wrapped up the day with 5.2k calories consumed. Had a nice pizza for lunch or something (No I didn’t drink the gallon of milk but if I did it would be really funny also I ate the whole pizza)
