basil’s everything thread

ate a 100 calorie snack, 200 calorie meal, and i was forced to eat one slice of cake that was like 250 calories.
overall, 1600 calories eaten today.
i need to aim for 300 less.
 
was forced to go to a restaurant today and i don’t know how many calories i ate so im just going to not eat for the rest of the day as cope
 
i was forced to go to another restaurant and ate an unknown amount of calories, so i didn’t eat for the rest of the day, also went for 2 jogs throughout the day.
