I've never heard of a single person getting banned for doing that until now. When Chimperator was a janny, I would wake up to 100+ notifications from him every single day because he would obsessively go through and Jartycuck react every single post that I made. That sort of thing happens all the time, yet now it's suddenly grounds for a permaban?

If @pipp is going to be banned for reaction spamming, then it certainly should not be a permaban, there should be an explicit rule against reaction spamming, and the rule should be enforced equally among all users (not just enforced on particularly annoying users who nobody likes).

I honestly feel like this is just an excuse to get rid of him when he didn't break any rules. Just like what Steve did to him before, which is why he had been banned in the first place.
