If reaction spamming is against the rules, then the rules should say so. The rules currently don't say
anything about it. I also don't see how it could possibly justify a permaban without any kind of warning being given. The poster in this case being recently unbanned for something completely unrelated is irrelevant. If
@pipp is going to be banned for reaction spamming, then it certainly should not be a permaban, there should be an explicit rule against reaction spamming, and the rule should be enforced equally among all users (not just enforced on particularly annoying users who nobody likes).
I honestly feel like this is just an excuse to get rid of him when he didn't break any rules. Just like what Steve did to him before, which is why he had been banned in the first place.
