Exactly why I don't like the whole nuance rule. A janny can intentionally see something as genuine just to get someone he doesn't like banned which means biased moderation or something. You can't punish one without punishing the other and you can't decide whether or not something is a joke without proof so you might as well either ban all of it or allow all of it
