@baqqrih, did you decide whether to review @fem's permaban? Like I said before, he appears to have been permabanned for harmless baitposting. He's been banned for quite some time now, so I think it's long past time to pardon him.

It's not "going". It's stagnant, forever. That user had enough second chances already.

I'll take a look at it but I believe that user may've actually been underage as well, not to mention all of the alts they made. I'll have to go back and check.
