After further discussion in the Janny Chat, we've reached the conclusion that Moon was only in the server to troll them. It's a case that I believe is similar to ukrainian_chad's, which we're also in the process of discussion on (a decision can be expected sometime today). The decision here is that Moon will, therefore, be unbanned from the Shlog on the condition that he leaves the Discord server. I am not sure how we're going to ensure that he leaves it, but another staff member has gone ahead and reversed the ban.
