What do you mean by they earned it, was it genuinely just for gegs? I know they've been hostile, but what about our own site? Also, what happened between the frootcord and 'leno? I thought xe left on good terms

I guess it's more "instantaneous".
In moments when you need quick reaction it's probably better to coordinate on a discord server, sites like the shlog are more slowburn and slow paced.
Organising is probably easier on there.

I hate discord for this exact reason, as it's a brainrotted system which both destroys the attentionspam of it's users and makes them act like depraved attentionwhored monkeys, but ig that if frootcord isn't primarily a shitposting server then it shouldn't be a problem.

On that note if what I said isn't a problem to froot and the rest, I have no idea why the affy is so hated there. Because that's my reason to hate it. But then I've never been on there idk what's on there

We literally had a groupchat that we jokingly called the "Urgent 'Cord" and ended up nvking it because it was too much like der 'cord. Discord isn't even secure. You can add a live chat like the farms. Make it private. This is a site capable of doing what the 'cord does and more + is keyed unlike trooncord.

And he pretty much said he wouldn't. I get your position and why you have to walk on glass here, but this is insane. He could at least make an attempt at or even just pretend he was going to, so we wouldn't have to be embarrassed by the now fact we are controlled by a 'cord server.

No matter what purpose 'cord is being used for by 'party mods, many 'teens will always remain discomforted about such use because of said platform's association with the community's primary attackers and detractors, and this collective unease will only end when those who lead the 'party stop using 'cord. The past 'party administration has put a lot of effort into fun events and new features for the site itself. Perhaps it's time some effort be directed instead towards organizing a new system of communication free of Discord's reputation, for a renewal not just of trust between staff and users, but also of security and efficiency in admin communication that the 'cord has not always provided. The Shlog seems great for this, I'd say.

Honest to god I do not care at all if people get upset that the 10-person FRQQT Team uses the discord app. NihilGOD just gave a better explanation than I could've.

Good and insightful reply. At the end of the day however I will not let optics inconvenience us--most of all Froot whose messages are top priority for me, who barely logs into discord to begin with and it is a godsend when he does--by moving them to a different platform. The members of the soysphere are rather bright and I have faith in them to be able to discern between "good cord" and "bad cord". I would be greatly surprised if most people in this thread didn't use it to communicate with their friends, online or in real life. This leak and Trebson's actions will have no affect on Soyjak Party. The effort was in vain.

Quite literally everyone in the "server" -- a glorified group chat -- is on my mod team and no outsiders are ever allowed in. I was very hesitant to even bring Trebson (the leaker) in, but I gave in after dozens of requests from the FDL who like him. Guess that was a mistake.

It is a problem for us, I hate to give them recognition saying that they're a problem, but them and other subversive pedophile discords are a major problem for Sharty and, daily, we're in that little Frootcord devising ways to counter them. Afterparty isn't as bad as QAfe was but they're still a pain in the ass.

If you mean my message, like many things I post, it was a joke. I think power users of this site are great for its growth. On my new account, I had expected the person who instantly reacted or replied to my post to be one of my mods, because they love fucking with me at any chance they get.
