whenever im in a voice call or video call talking to my family im fine, but if its a friend or a stranger i completely shut down, i cant speak properly and i start overthinking everything i say
i dont remember the last time i called one of my friends, but eveytime they tried to call me i just say some shit like "im busy" or "i cant right now im outside"
