The whole "nooooo gooner gooner goooner!!!" shit is just a thread meme at this point, to the point where marioman thinks seeing gore is okay but a little bit of a booba is just unacceptable, he's kind of a retard, and then he'll go out of his way to label things that aren't even goonbait as goon bait. The only people who actually make it worse is the dutch guy who actually posts goon bait and malzy who's a faggot.

But personally I wouldn't have it any other way, I wouldn't question it, it's just how it functions o algo. Soygoy posts text walls, the loona catholic guy posts loona, sloppa like attempts to act cool and make edits, MarioMan acts like an infant and throws a hissy fit over SNCA, Dutch guy posts good art every now and then and then attempts to post some enormous titty garbage to see if we'll let it slide (we don't), then we have the hate readers who'll post averi rape to make me upset (I report and filter them)

Still better than 4chan doe, I mean that literally, as in on 4chan you'd have 999999999 occurences of people posting disgusting rape porn whereas here you have 0 except for when a troll decides to be an asshole, good shit I guess.
 
The only reason why I use the thread is because it gives me something to look at while I'm doing other shit and I just like seeing cool and cute art is all, I'm not interested in pornography and looking for a place thats SFW these days is pretty grim, so /anthro/ really is just my best bet, but still it is pretty hilarious when a guy posts a chick in a bikini or whatever and Marioman is saying "wtffff goon bait too revealing" like he's fucking heil hitler and then he himself will post something minorly goonerish and go "uhh wut nah its not goon bait kek" and then fucking dutch gooner comes in to post "milky >w<" and it's the most big fat titty nigger shit you've ever seen and we all have to bully him then after all of that, catholic loona guy comes back, posts loona, people post good art, I get to add more OMGSISAs to my collection, rinse and repeat the cycle

Kind of retarded imo but it beats using 4chan where people actually want to fuck pokemon or children or whatever the fuck and act like it's normal and aren't afraid to be weirdos and make everything about sex. I'd rather use my /anthro/ thread than go to /trash/ where people are posting disgusting fucking averi rape porn and some other bullshit and people just expect me to put up with that? Hell naw.

The stigma carries down into the users of /anthro/ themselves as they use the thread in shame and be negative towards the other users because they're aware of the stigma and want to keep a shred of dignity, so people like sloppa will enter the thread, still use it but act all high and mighty and sometimes just outright deny things or pretend to only hate use the thread. imo there shouldn't really be a stigma, we're just a couple of autists who have nowhere else to go in that regard.

We ourselves even say we're not furries to try and distance ourselves from the degenerate sex pests, but that doesn't seem to work now, does it?

I mean I'd know because I get people privately dm'ing me telling me that they don't wanna use this thread on the schlog because they don't wanna be associated with it because they're scared of losing friends over it o algo, despite the fact that they still use it on the sharty and you can tell it's them immediately. It's so stupid to care or cry about really, people get over it, they might even joke about it, who gives a shit.
