Until you have a solid, active, and stable userbase for ~1 year or so, you need to keep things somewhat simple and organized.

• /q/ - to allow staff - member communication. Even if it doesn't accomplish anything, it lets users vent and sperg at jannies without fucking up the other boards.
• /soy/ - IAS/Sharty cvlture/main board
• /qa/ - NAS/FOTM coal/place for the shitty posters to do their thing
• /nate/ - Niggerhell /b/ style board to act as containment for everything else
• /mtv/ - Utility board
• /pol/ - Utility board
• /raid/ - Utility board

Or something like that O algo. You have to keep things stable for growth to happen, especially if you've (((seemingly) already passed your cvltural peak.

If jannies do their job and send all the off-topic threads to their correct boards, in a month's time those boards will gain some level of activity. Thats what happened with /pol/ when it blew up. Jannies sent /pol/ threads to /pol/ until /pol/ posters posted on /pol/. Once the PPH/PPD has growing or stable at a high enough count, then you can add more containment boards and meme boards.
