I wouldn't say so, since he is only bound to one of the women by marriage and there's only one body to have sexual relations with.
 
They have said that they want to become mothers, but aren't thinking about how to make that possible right now. Doctors aren't sure it's possible. Maybe they'll adopt. There's so much we don't know about them. They both have their own brains, thoughts and personalities. But they finish eachothers sentences, talk at the same time and can compose e-mails with very little words being spoken between them. One twin can't feel anything on the side of the other, but nevertheless a twin on one side would regularly scratch the mosquito bite of the other.
