Wrong. one state's certification was delayed, and not in any illegal manner, the supreme court ruled in favour of delaying it, the certification then happened within the time frame as set out in federal law. This is different from the certification of the votes in CONGRESS, being delayed by a VIOLENT INSURRECTION, ILLEGALLY and with NO MERIT. There is no similarity here.
There is no legal precedent for the head of the executive to have SWEEPING CRIMINAL IMMUNITY. What possible interpretation of the constitution allow for the PRESIDENT, to FALSIFY state electors, and incite an INSURRECTION. this makes zero sense.
