After some 'Schloggers named it kino, I allowed the anime a chance and I saw two episodes before realizing that my initial perception of the anime was exact-- I saw that it indeed was an anime based on tank-centred autism and sexual depictions of schoolgirls; that it was designed to appeal to trannies through means of depicting girls doing things that, traditionally, men would be doing; and I disliked it.
