Not actually. Kuz was a mysterious feller, and we're pretty sure he was actually some teenager named Carter who lived in Kentucky and who stepped down after getting bored (if I recall correctly, anyway). He also owned a website that permitted lolicon content. I haven't been an active user of the 'party for over a year, so this is all from my memory of the days when Doll owned the site when all of this info first came out about Kuz. The wiki is a decent source for all of this history.
