That would be too light to be satisfying to use.

even if you did have a 3d printer solely for a hitler spinner, you'd need to get the metal bearing and weights in there, correctly in fact not off-centered, so it would actually spin. printing the model is one thing, but getting the metal parts i wouldn't know anything about let alone how to actually get them to stay in there without it breaking
also, i'd assume that the rays on the black sun would be very thin once printed out, and have some weird sharp angles in them. if im thinking of a normal fidget spinner size... just not good engineering, im imagining that shit disintegrating into plastic pubic hairs within a week

You'd probably have to model a black sun in a program like Fusion 360, modify the design so the center of the black sun acts like the center of a fidget spinner, and then get it 3D printed
