Infinite growth is unrealistic. Population booms during industrialization, and declines afterwards until it stabilizes at a lower point. Western countries don't want to see le green line go down however so they encourage immigration instead. Japan and SK doomers are neurotic btw.

This is because it's exceedingly difficult to catch someone who kills people he has 0 previous interactions with. Most suspects are the people closest to the victim. If it's some schizo stabbing random people it's very hard to catch if they're smart.
