All of these people I consider White. After all, "European people" is, in my interpretation, if it is being used correctly, a synonym for White. However, the people who run the greatest chance of non-European blood instead classifying them as a mixed race (and therefore non-White), in this case often a mixed race of Arab and White, would be the Italians. If Sicily were an independent state I would simply choose that instead, but since the entire Italian peninsula has been unified, Italy as a whole is the closest thing that can be identified.

With this logic if Andalusians aren’t white all of Spain isn’t white since they have one of the lowest traces of iberomaurasian in the country, I consider all of them white besides the Maltese, because if the Finnish are considered white, then these guys can too, since they are whiter, not only because the non-white Neolithic DNA is higher for the Finnish, but also because the non-white DNA the Finnish have is from a completely different macro group, Asians, which is worse than natufian or iberomaurasian
