We are talking about tradition in relation to modesty as well as modesty itself, your initial points dont contribute to an idea of modesty therefore it’s snca
Wearing underwear helps keeps the crotch area demarcated and contained, therefore it supports modesty even if it’s meant to be concealed

Modesty and chivalry are dead. Women should just dress how they want. It’s makes vetting them easier. If they dress in a way you vibe with, that’s one green flag you don’t have to figure out. If you don’t like the way they dress, that’s a red flag you don’t have to figure out.
