Fascinating. I'm certainly no doctor, but my first thought is that it could be an imbalance in blood flow that causes that. So much could be sent to the genitals that a lack of it then forms in the head, and that disruption of the flow's harmony subsequently causes the head to be pained. That's my late night hypothesis, anyway.

I unironically have no knowledge about headaches, i don't think i've ever gotten one cause I don't know what they feel like
 
i rarely get them, i used to get pretty bad constant migraines but because of other health related complications im very much medicated for other stuff and now i only get them when i have the flu or a cold
