Have you not seen soyfans and doedoedoes? It was some weird e-dating stuff, that's the first thing that comes to mind but I'm sure there's lots more weird stuff that either hasn't been read by moderators or just wasn't leaked.
Profile posts sucks for having actual conversations for a few reasons, like the terribly short character limit, only displaying 3 messages at first, no pages, you get a notification for every post, ect. the main reason I like pms is just because they don't have any of those problems, basically just a private thread.

The arbitrary 420 character limit is so bad, I've had to chop messages into 5 parts before because of it.

I KNOW itโs so bad. Plus the file limit size is so tiny I had to chop a 720p video into a 14 second 480p video just to be able to load it
Sometimes profile posts become open DMs instead of profile posts, some insightful stuff happens outside of the regular thread ecosystem.
I have no idea what the point is because you can still put an image 20x longer than the text into the profile post, and then put that image into it 5 more times.

Those who have emailed me know that if your message is longer than 40 words it is automatically rejected by the filter. There is nothing important that you can say that requires >40 words.
Yea but for a blog posting site 420 is awfully short for a blog post. It doesnโt NEED to be super important, itโs their blog or something.
