-IRC is nigger ass especially if you need to not lose important messages in 2 seconds, switch to something that allows embeds and doesn't get wiped when you close the tab so important messages and info doesn't get cleared off instantly
-remove the voice chat thread thing and just add a "board" on the top bar with like 5 voice rooms. Before you say this is der 'cord let me remind you that long-distance audio communication came like 10 niggerillion years before 'kord also this is useful when CIUing has to be precisely timed

Most of these are pretty valid and logical steps that should be implemented, but with a lazy and incompetent administration, they are useless

90% of the raid threads are "'ILL THIS NIGGER xitterscreenshot.png"
when making a raid thread you should always do basic investigation on your target and link any accounts, info, or pictures you can find from them, op should also link the 'xing pages from the 'ki "doxing" and "the ultimate doxing guide" on the replies so nusoicacas can do something else than just bumping the thread and maybe even learn basic osint.
