I don't really know what he is talking about. The policy of "keeping around a lolcow" had brought us far more harm than it was worth, in my opinion, as the case was with Terry, who started trying to get random people banned near the end of his "Terry-ble" reign of terror (haha), where I then deemed him hostile for how many things he had done against site rules and, then, against users here. So, I thought I ended that "lolcow" policy. I guess this fellow sees it otherwise. Huh.

That's Imperator's. I don't know why he did it, but he gave the banned user his email instead of mine, and then only said he'd send their appeal to me if I let it go through his email first, and when I asked him why he couldn't just send them my email and let me have a direct contact with the user, he simply refused.
