what's with these ban changes? I thought the first ban was enough.

It was always permanent, we were just correcting the ban list to who previously banned these people since Chimperator was lifting bans so he could put his own name beside them for some reason (like, the one rule of being a janny is not messing with other staff members' bans). It's just a precaution to make things more accurate so that if a ban gets randomly lifted by a staff member, we'll be closer to knowing the full details when trying to solve the situation.
